Tigh-na-Mara has accommodation for two people and consists of a sun-room, a kitchen and bathroom, and one large split-level room which was the original cottage.  Half of this area comprises the bedroom on the upper level which has two single beds which can be joined together and is divided off from the lower level, (with it’s lounge and dining facilities), by heavyweight curtains making it lovely and cosy.

The lounge has two comfortable wing back chairs, TV and DVD player, and a small library that includes local literature and guides to the area, with a large map on the wall to help you plan the next days excursions.

The house is quick and easy to heat in cold weather and in the summer months the thick traditional stone walls keep the cottage lovely and cool.

Have a seat in the adjoining sunroom and you can sit back and enjoy the stunning views.

In the kitchen you will find all the equipment you need to cook up some culinary delights and make that fresh pot of coffee in the morning.  You will also find a washing machine and a large airing cupboard.

Out in the garden there is Teak garden furniture to sit out and enjoy the sun with drinks and food with the same stunning views.
